Application Requirements:

  • Visit to Ascension by parent(s)/guardian(s)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Social Security Card
  • Student Interview and Testing
  • Report Cards from current/previous school(s)
  • School Recommendation(s) and Transcript from current school
  • Standardized Test scores (if applicable)
  • Application Form and Application Fee/Registration ($475.00 payable upon acceptance into the school)
  • All relevant educational data should be provided to the school in order to properly assess the applicant

 

Admissions Testing/Screening

Grades PreK-1st applicants -  Inidividual screening/testing done at Ascension School (Beginning the end of November/early December)

Grades 2nd - 7th applicants - Admission test given at Ascension School

** There is a $30 testing fee payable at the time of completion**
