Ascension School

Jesus said, "Your attitude must be like my own, for I did not come to be served, but to serve..." Matthew 20:28

Ascension School gives our students the opportunity to give back to others and practice the spirit of giving by participating in community service activities.

Ascension School:

- has implemented a buddy system that brings upper and lower grades together

- visits senior centers where our students interact with Senior Citizens

- has service opportunities for Confirmation students

- sends cards to our military personnel abroad

- collects canned goods for the needy at Thanksgiving

- collects coats and other winter gear for our annual winter clothing drive

-  participates in the St. Jude's Math-A-Thon to help raise money for the children of St. Jude's Children's research hospital

Ascension School continually looks for new opportunities for our students to be of service to our neighborhood.  We welcome any opportunities that may be available for our kids to invite others to evangelization.
